Forest North is located in Spring Texas; off of Spring Stuebner Road just to the east of I-45 and just north of FM 2920. This allows easy access to the amenities in both Houston and The Woodlands. Shopping is as close as Louetta at I-45 or Kuykendahl at FM 2920.

There are around 675 homes in the community. Square footage start at around 1100 square feet and go up to about 2000 square feet.

Forest North has home built starting in the late 1970′s and continuing though the early 2000′s. You will find most homes were built in the early 1980′s. One of the beauties of this subdivision are the towering pines, oaks and sweet gums through out the subdivision.
Forest North has an active homeowner’s association which helps to retain your property values.
The subdivision is in the highly acclaimed Klein ISD. The high school is Klein
Collins, the intermediate is Schinderwolf and the grade school is Kleinhop. These are some of the most recently built schools in the Klein school district.
