Indigo Lake Estates is located just to the west of Magnolia off of Nichols Sawmill.
It is a convenient commute from Tomball and has fairly easy access to Houston. Located on over 2500 wooded acres Indigo Lake estates has over 400 existing homes; this might be just the country community for you. Horses and Indigo Lake Estates go hand in hand.

Unlike most subdivision lakes which are for looks only you can boat, swim and fish in the lake. There are three lake 
parks surrounding the lake. The lake parks have picnic areas, barbecue grills, playgrounds, beach volleyball areas.
Indigo Lake Estates is in the highly acclaimed Magnolia Independent School District. The Elementary school is Nichol Sawmill, the Intermediate is Magnolia and the high school is the new Magnolia West.
