There are many new townhome communities being built in the area. Education in the Northwest Houston areaNorthwest Houston covers a large geographic area and does not have official boundaries since it is unincorporated. The students in the area typically go to either Spring ISD or Klein ISD; both being very good school districts. To the west of I-45 along 1960 you will find Spring ISD.
