We found our new home within the 1st month of searching.

Marchel didn't stop when the contracts were done. She provided us with names of excellent people to use for financing, inspections, cleaning and repairs. Marchel stayed in contact with us not only during buying, selling and through the closings, but even afterwards to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Marchel Peterson knows the true importance of persistence. The more complicated the property request the more persistent Marchel becomes to help her client find the property they are looking for. I presented a complicated request to Marchel to find a small home in Tomball and she worked very hard to answer that request. We went through the houses that were on the market and did not find anything that fit our needs. Marchel started pulling up houses on a daily basis so we could get a jump on anything new that came on the market.

Marchel called on a rainy Sunday afternoon and told me something had just came on the market. I had been out of town and was in the midst of unpacking. She stressed that we needed to go and look at it now or it would be gone.

When we got there it was a little small for my Mom to live in this house and also have a shop. Marchel had found out from the listing agent that the house next door was also going to be on the market. Marchel was able to negotiate both houses for us before the sign went up in front of the second house. What an ideal situation my Mom could live in one house and have the dress shop next door.
